On behalf of Greenrock Commercial Services, we sincerely thank our tenants for taking time to share their feedback with us in the 2021 satisfaction survey. 180 Bloor West received an average of 4.19 stars for overall experience and most tenants were very satisfied with the cleanliness and maintenance of the building and excellence of customer service. We also learned some important takeaways and want to take this opportunity to share how are putting your feedback into action:
Some tenants expressed some confusion over our current waste management practises and we hear your concerns. We are in the process of creating a simplified tenant manual to be uploaded to the website that will serve as a guide to quickly locate waste management information and other important building information. We will notify tenants as soon as the guide is available online and, in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Tenant Support Associate with any questions.
We love hearing such a positive response to 180 Bloor West’s sense of community. Engaging our tenants and creating a positive, welcoming environment for people to work is an important part of our culture. Going forward, we will share news more regularly with our tenants about the work 180 Bloor West and Greenrock Commercial Services are doing to make our community a better place. As part of 180 Bloor West’s long-term repositioning plan, Greenrock has future plans to upgrade the building’s entrance with automatic doors for enhanced accessibility. For the time being, our Concierge and Security staff are available to help any tenants in need of assistance.
